This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes how you may and may not use searchexe.com and the Services we provide.

6.1 Prohibited Requests

We will not perform, and reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement that involves:

  • Purchasing or building links through schemes that violate Google’s Webmaster Guidelines (e.g., private blog networks, paid link schemes disclosed as organic, link farms)
  • Content designed to deceive users or search engines (cloaking, keyword stuffing, doorway pages)
  • Manipulating AI search/GEO visibility through misleading or fraudulent means (fake citations, impersonation of authoritative sources)
  • Targeting, scraping, or attacking competitor websites
  • Any activity that is illegal in the jurisdictions where the Client or Agency operates

6.2 Client-Provided Content and Access

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, data, or account access you provide us does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy) and that you have the legal right to grant us access to the relevant platforms.

6.3 System and Data Security

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, tools, or client data, or interfere with the operation of the Site (e.g., through scraping, bots, or denial-of-service activity).

6.4 Consequences of Violation

Violating this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us under applicable law.
