These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of searchexe.com (the “Site”) and any services purchased through it (the “Services”), operated by SEARCHEXE F.Z.E, a company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under license number [55225] (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 Who We Are
searchexe.com is a productized digital marketing service platform operated by [SEARCHEXE F.Z.E] and search.exe, offering SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), SEM, paid advertising, CRO, and related digital marketing services on a fixed-scope, fixed-price basis.
1.2 The Services
Each package listed on the Site (e.g., “Fundamental SEO Audit Pack,” “Full-Scope SEO Audit”) comes with a defined scope, deliverables, and delivery timeframe as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. The scope described on the product page at checkout is the governing scope of the engagement.
1.3 Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed and paid for through our Stripe checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for custom consulting engagements under a separate Master Service Agreement). All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
1.4 Delivery
We will begin work on your order within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, unless a different start date is agreed in writing. Delivery timeframes stated on product pages are estimates based on standard scope; delays caused by incomplete access, unresponsive stakeholders, or scope changes on your side may extend the timeline.
1.5 No Guarantee of Results
Search engine rankings, organic traffic, AI search visibility, and conversion outcomes are influenced by factors outside our control, including algorithm changes by Google, Bing, and AI platforms, competitor activity, and your own website’s technical execution of our recommendations. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. See our separate Disclaimer for more detail.
1.6 Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely access to the accounts, platforms, and stakeholders needed to complete the engagement (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, CMS access, developer contacts). Delays on your side may affect delivery timelines without extending our obligations.
1.7 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (reports, content, strategy documents) produced specifically for you under the engagement. We retain ownership of our underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and any pre-existing tools or IP used to produce the deliverables, and may reuse these (in non-identifiable form) for other clients.
1.8 Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the Services or as required by law. See also our Master Service Agreement for engagements covered by a signed NDA.
1.9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost rankings.
1.10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate a Service if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive conduct toward our team, or request work that violates search engine guidelines or applicable law (see Acceptable Use Policy). Refunds for terminated engagements are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy.
1.11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate signed agreement with you specifies otherwise.
1.12 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
