Frequently asked
questions.
The three fixed packages (Essentials, Mid, Premium) are our most common combinations — most clients land on one of these without changes. The package builder lets you mix and match individual modules (SEO, Local SEO, YouTube SEO, Content Marketing, GEO) at different tiers if your needs don't fit a fixed bundle
We charge a flat monthly management fee, never a vague "custom quote." What's included at each tier is listed with real numbers (keyword counts, article counts, technical check frequency) rather than adjectives like "comprehensive," so you know exactly what you're buying before you sign up.
A core keyword is a primary search term directly tied to a page on your site (e.g., "property in dubai"). A topic cluster expands outward from that core term into related searches your buyers also use (e.g., "best time to visit abu dhabi," "loafer vs. moccasin"), capturing more of the search journey around the same topic instead of just the head term.
No. Your first month covers onboarding, a full technical audit (or account audit if you already have SEO work in place), and the initial optimization pass. There's no separate upfront charge.
Yes. You can move between the three fixed tiers, or add/remove individual modules via the package builder, at the start of any billing cycle, no penalty either direction.
Site speed and Core Web Vitals, crawlability and indexation issues, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, mobile usability, structured data errors, broken links and redirect chains, and site architecture. This is included at every tier with no page-count limit, a 50-page site and a 5,000-page site both get a full technical pass, though the depth of ongoing monitoring differs by tier.
We identify keywords your named competitors rank for that you don't, these are often the fastest-to-capture opportunities, since a competitor already proved the demand exists. Essentials doesn't include this; Mid tracks 3 competitors, Premium tracks 8.
Technical fixes can show early signal (indexation, crawl errors resolving) within 2–4 weeks. Meaningful ranking movement for competitive terms typically takes 3–4 months, SEO compounds rather than spikes, and anyone promising top rankings in weeks isn't being straight with you.
No legitimate SEO provider can guarantee a specific ranking position. Google's algorithm isn't something any agency controls, and anyone guaranteeing #1 is either overpromising or using tactics that risk a penalty. What we commit to is transparent execution, honest reporting on what's working and what isn't, and a process built on real technical and content fundamentals.
It's newer and less standardized than traditional rank tracking, since AI platforms don't publish consistent ranking data the way Google Search Console does. We're transparent about this GEO reporting today is closer to directional signal-tracking than the precise, keyword-by-keyword reporting you're used to from SEO, and the tooling is evolving quickly.
Increasingly, yes. A growing share of buyer research now happens inside AI chat / LLM tools instead of traditional search. If your site isn't structured for AI systems to read and cite accurately, you can rank well in Google and still be invisible in an AI Overview or a ChatGPT answer. Think of GEO as SEO's companion for a search landscape that now includes conversational AI, not a replacement for it.
